Okay guys I’ve been getting a lot of requests for a post on maintaining a healthy nutritional strategy whilst at work and that can be continued at home. This is a major topic and is fully covered in my book but I will cover as much as I can here on my blog. Due to complexity I will cover it over a multi-part series.
I aim to make you- the consumer aware of what is really going on in the health and food industry and why it’s not working! And trust me it isn’t…. Just look at our current level of health is Australia, and the rest of the developed world for that matter.
I will also outline fallacies and outdated information unfortunately still being preached by government organisations, ‘health initiatives’, doctors and even mainstream nutritionists and dieticians!

FOREWARNING: this information will be against the grain for most of you. however before you dismiss it and label it as BS remember everything I am telling you now is backed by the LATEST research and all information is referenced in my book. For example, I will be advocating a higher than ‘normal’ fat diet for health, longevity and weight loss. Whoa, whoa, slow down before you ark up. I told you it was going to be new to you, you’ll just have to hear me out! I fully practise what I preach and I have the blood work and mindset to back it! I would also like to point out that I do not have another agenda like others may. Your health and wellbeing is my only priority! Well okay… I will not stop you purchasing my book :).
I am not saying that this is the only way to live and eat. Anyone that gives a direct prescription is either arrogant or full of crap, showing their limited knowledge. However, you will understand that it just makes sense from an evolutionary and commonsense perspective. It is easy to follow and make LIFELONG changes, not just some crappy 3 month diet where you crash, burn out and put on more weight and feel lousier at the end of it!
This stuff is my passion and if I can help you on the road to a healthier, happier you, then all this will be worth it. Over the coming weeks I will share with you foundations for nutrition that I know, practice and preach :)
